Is this a Franchise?

We are not a franchise business. We certify and market solar panel cleaners who posses the credentials, experience and good work ethic to meet our strict standards. What we in essence is cut through the noise of marketing and business sales tactics to deliver you pre-selected cleaners who have passed our strict checks and standards.

What benefit is there to using a Solar Assure Certified Cleaner?

At Solar Assure our primary goal is to promote excellent solar panel cleaners. For a cleaner to be featured on our website and achieve a ‘Certified Status’ they must have the following:
-ID check, Address Check & no CCJS
-Working at height training or confirmation of adhering to Health & Safety England guidelines
-Proof of insurance for public liability and cover for possible damage to property worked upon
-Pass an open source reputation scrutiny
-Transparent pricing system to ensure fairness
-They must posses suitable electrical safety protective equipment since solar panels are a live electrical device
-Agree to conform to our code of conduct

We continually monitor and check our cleaners to ensure we maintain high standards. Where standards slip or misconduct is observed we correct processes and/or behaviour or remove the cleaner from our listing. For us, good standards come before membership income.

Do you guarantee results and conduct from your certified cleaners?

Our criteria for Certified cleaner status is very high. This dramatically increases the chances of excellent service but we cannot guarantee or be responsible for service standards or results since a certified cleaner is a business within their own right. We will not keep a cleaner where serious misconduct is observed or repeated poor service standards are reported. To pro-actively ensure standards are being maintained we conduct periodic checks on our certified cleaners and we also encourage homeowners to provide us feedback following their cleaning by any of our cleaners.

Do you set pricing for certified cleaners?

We do not set pricing for our certified cleaners. However, we require that cleaners set out a clear and fair pricing guide that provides some context as to their pricing system. For us this is an expected form of transparency that homeowners should expect as a default. It mitigates unfair prices and doesn’t allow for exploitation.

There is no cleaner near to me. What should I do?

We are currently growing our network and working towards full UK coverage. Because we are prioritising the highest of standards this does mean that we may not have coverage where you live. Is this is the case we request that you reach out and provide some basic details so that we may be able to connect you with a certified cleaner nearby when a position is filled. If there is enough demand then other non local certified cleaners may be willing to travel to you in the interim.

We are also happy to discuss your cleaning with you and provide some pointers for what to look for in a solar panel cleaner. If you are able to contract cleaning services from an independent cleaner who delivers great service then please let us know and we will consider reaching our to them to possibly join our network.
