  • Your contact details are never shared beyond this purpose.
  • We may use your email to send occasional updates or helpful articles (no more than once a month), or follow-up messages to check how the cleaning went.

You can opt out of updates at any time by clicking an unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Where Your Data Goes

  • All form submissions are sent to: contact@solarassure.org.uk and stored securely in our inbox.
  • Profiles of certified cleaners include only business-related information that they approve to share publicly.
  • All personal and sensitive documentation (e.g. proof of ID, insurance) is securely held and used solely for verification purposes. These are not displayed publicly.

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • SolarAssure is not liable for services performed or disputes arising between parties.
